In this Part 2 of two chakra playshops, dive even deeper into the world of chakras. Play with chakras in motion, discovering the possibilities beyond the typical 7 or 13 chakra systems. Understand the integration between your chakras and nervous system. Learn about the possibilities for helping clients clear, heal, align, balance, harmonize, and activate the chakra systems. We will also discuss common and uncommon distortions and arrangements of chakra systems.

NOTE: Part 1 is NOT a required prerequisite.

In this Part 1 of two chakra playshops, dive a bit deeper into what chakras are, what they do, and where they are. Not everyone has the same chakra system. We will discuss unique chakra systems and chakra self-care. Experience a meditation of becoming aware of and connecting to your unique light body chakra system. Enhance your awareness and ability to heal your own chakra system. We will be playing with intent, color, sound, reiki symbols, and energy work. (Join us in April for Part 2- Chakras in Motion)

Are you an energy worker that wants more confidence in your scanning techniques to read the energy body of clients? This workshop is about going deeper to play with some scanning tools and techniques to read the body to determine WHERE there are imbalances/blocks.  Today is about practicing and getting confidence in the first step: NOTICING/AWARENESS of what information or sensations you are getting as you scan.  Bring your pendulum if you have one. We will also be using your reiki palm chakras, dousing rods, visual techniques, and your intuition.

In daily life or in your Reiki/professional practice, do you often get what you think might be psychic or intuitive information but you aren’t sure if you are just making it up in your imagination? We are all different. Do you know how you individually receive energy/frequencies or information? What does it look like or feel like for you? What is YOUR particular psychic/intuitive gift- are you Clairvoyant? Clairaudient? Clairsentient? Or one of the other “clairs?” Are you able to NOTICE, TRUST and ALLOW the process? Do you have the confidence to share that with the other person without fear, filter, judgement or attachment?

In this experiential playshop, we will explore  which “Clairs” are your strongest connections to the subtle energies. We will practice by creating a playground to explore your psychic/intuitive information with others in the group to validate and gain confidence in your unique abilities.

Allow yourself to arrive at this workshop in your authenticity, open to be seen and validated. This workshop is an ego and judgement free zone of wonder and exploration. There will be lots of hands-on practice with a wide variety of tools, including an opportunity to make an aura spray and bath salt blend to take home with you.

Why are love frequencies so important to practicing Reiki? Reiki is a heart centered energy that heals, harmonizes, and balances through entrainment. When we can truly embody the frequency of love through heart coherence, we are the best channels for Reiki healing that we can be for ourselves and others. It is important to be able to feel the shift into the heart frequency, feel it viscerally, know it intuitively. In this half day experiential workshop, have fun with crystal bowl sound and guided meditations, dousing rods, and hands-on exercises to discover and truly feel your connection to the frequency of love, to the Reiki energy through your own heart.
