Treat yourself to a relaxing private 45-60 minute in-person Reiki Session that can reduce stress, balance energy/chakras, release blocks, and support physical, mental, and emotional healing. The body cannot heal unless it is in the parasympathetic nervous system. Reiki can assist the body achieve this healing state. Reiki is a beneficial complement to support allopathic care.
Session includes a full-body treatment and can be further customized to address any physical or emotional area you would like to emphasize.
During a session, you can expect light touch (no contact to private areas). You will lay on a massage table and remain fully clothed during the session while enjoying optional aromatherapy and/or sound therapy.

Reiki is an energetic healing modality that can work with the energy body over distances. A long-distance session lasts about 45 minutes. We will meet on the phone at the start of your session to set your intention and again at the end to briefly share your experience.
Before your session, please set your intention. What is it that you would like to feel, heal, release, or balance? Prepare by creating a quiet, safe, comfortable space to sit or lie down. Perhaps play your favorite soft music.
If you can, leave time in your day after your session for quiet reflection and session integration. Energies continue to work after the session.
