Registrations and payments for all classes and events are required at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute registrations may be available on a limited basis by contacting Austin Reiki Master.

Attunement Class Note: Due to limited class size, credit card fees, and materials costs, registration fees include a $100 nonrefundable deposit.

While my rates are below average market prices, I understand they might still be a challenge for some. I want all of my offerings to be accessible to all. A sliding scale is available on a case by case basis.  Just ask.

Cancellations greater than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event or appointment may be rescheduled to a future offering date or refunded in the same manner as the original registration was paid.

Class or event no -shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the event are not eligible for refund or reschedule. Exceptions for extreme situations are considered.

Notice of cancellation or reschedule for private appointments are appreciated as soon as possible.

NOTE: 

All Attunement Class cancellations are subject to a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Retreat registrations are subject to a $250 nonrefundable deposit.

In the case of inclement weather (defined as a severe weather threat warning issued by the US National Weather Service for the local area) that would prohibit safe travel to and from the event, a refund or reschedule option is available.

We collect personal information from users when they register on our website, subscribe to our email list, or enter information on our website. 

The types of personal information we collect may include name, email address, mailing address, phone number, emergency contact information, and other details to help with your experience or process transactions. 

Information is only shared to the extent necessary to fulfill our business obligations, such as payment processing and any required reporting to regulatory agencies. 

Emails are never shared or sold. You may also opt out of receiving emails from us by following the instructions at the bottom of each email.
